Directions:

• Sharpen pencil before use
• Apply to moist hydrated lips

• Fill in bottom lip completely with BRIGHTEN side of pencil.
• Press and rub lips together. This technique will help control overuse of lip color and help lip color last, resulting in creamy matte lips and a bright looking smile.

• Fill in lips with the PLUMP side of pencil for a light shimmery natural full pout.

 

How to achieve sexy plump lips:

• Apply BRIGHTEN side of Pencil to the natural line of lips, using the side (not the tip) of the pencil to avoid a strong, harsh obvious line, then blend and soften with finger.
• Fill in bottom lip completely with BRIGHTEN side of pencil.
• Press and rub lips together. This technique will help control overuse of lip color and help lip color last, resulting in creamy matte lips and a bright looking smile.
• Finish lips by applying PLUMP side of pencil to the center of upper and lower lips to create the ultimate sexy lips.
